    • Your unique window of tolerance

  • Experience practical tools you can use immediately:

    • Breath and body-based grounding

    • Creative expression (journaling, imagery, sound)

    • Co-regulation and safe connection

  • You’ll leave with a real, usable plan, including:

    • Daily regulation practices

    • Tools for in-the-moment overwhelm

    • Weekly resourcing rhythms

    • Clear signs when you need extra support

  • For practitioners and professionals:

    • How to support others without overstepping

    • Co-regulation in client relationships

    • Ethical boundaries and scope of practice
